Shipping Policy

Light Bloom has a processing time of 1-3 business days. This means that your order will be confirmed but will take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to be fulfilled and shipped. Shipping typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive. After your package gets shipped, please give it time to arrive since there are delays on many packages due to COVID-19.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed. 

Exchange & Return Policy

Please keep in mind that all sales are final.  Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons. If your product arrives damaged, please email us with pictures and we will work something out. If you have an issue with your order, after 24 hours of receiving it, we can't exchange nor refund your purchase. 

Lost Or Damaged Package

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once we send it through the carrier, it's out of our control. So if your package gets lost by USPS, please contact them to see if the issue can be resolved.

Light Bloom is not responsible if the customer damages the item. If your package arrives damaged, you will have 24 hours from the time that the package has been delievered to contact us via email.

Delivered

If your package says delievered, but it's not in your mailbox, please contact USPS to resolve the issue. They will help locate your package and bring it to you. 

Wrong Address 

The customer is responsible for inputing the correct address at checkout. If the package is delivered to the wrong address then please contact USPS to resolve the issue.

Invalid Address

If your address does not contain the correct city, zip code, or house number, then we will contact you via email to verify your correct address. If we receive no answer, we will issue a refund.

If your package is sent back to us due to an invalid address, then your order will be refunded, but the shipping cost is nonrefundable.

Light Bloom is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of any kind.
